Sam Barker Sr. founded SEBCO Distributing in 1977 as a lighting supplier, but quickly made the jump to manufacturing. Always with an eye on consumer trends, Barker has been able to satisfy many specific lighting niches throughout the years by positioning his company as the leading producer of popular products.
